We are seeking an organised, proactive, and reliable
Warehouse Co-ordinator
to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, feeding other departments with stock, and ensuring smooth internal communication to support timely deliveries and collections. A forklift license is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and collections
Organise and prioritise warehouse activities to meet deadlines and targets
Ensure all documentation, including delivery notes and packing lists, is complete and correctly filed
Follow all company procedures and protocols, including health and safety requirements
Support the Logistics Manager with administrative and operational tasks
Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required
Operate a forklift (if licensed) to support warehousing needs
Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies in a timely manner
Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
Physically fit and able to lift/move goods as required
High attention to detail and accuracy
Forklift license beneficial
