We are looking for a highly organised Warehouse, Dispatch & Quality Administrator to support our Warehouse & Distribution operations. This role involves coordinating deliveries, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring smooth communication between Warehouse & Distribution Team Leaders, drivers, operatives, and Dismantling Team Leaders. You will play a key part in ensuring all processes run efficiently both on-site and cross-site in line with TSP requirements.
Key Areas of Responsibility, Activities & Tasks Involved:
Dispatch Administration
Coordinate and plan all deliveries, collections, inter-depot transfers & cross dock
Correctly utilise all in house and 3rd party delivery solution systems & portals to arrange correct delivery to customers in timely manner and meet SLA's
Audit and correct any orders that do not meet required process standards
Assist with all orders and invoice line indicators & determine standards met upon each marker (PICK, QC, PACK, DISPATCH & DELIVERY)
Carry out any admin duties deemed required for departmental operations
Arrange & monitor to completion deliveries, collections & returns on behalf of the business
Resolve any daily issues surrounding deliveries, collections and returns including any special requirements to improve customer service continuously
Liaise with all sales channels and Operations Team leaders/managers to increase departmental productivity
Communicate any issues to relevant colleagues, alongside any information that requires escalating to Line Manager
Support in-house van deliveries as and when required through cover and logistical changes
Audit stock and locations daily to provide visibility to the wider business and rest of network
Person Specification:
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in a Dispatch of goods, logistics or equivalent environment
Working with couriers
Planning & coordinating tasks
Knowledge of car parts
Knowledge of TSP systems
Education
Good literacy/numeracy skills
Personal Qualities/Other
Able to work under pressure in fast paced environment
Self-motivated
Attention to detail
Process driven, methodical and organised
