Warehouse & Driving Assistant

Must have Full Driving License

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader your duties will be assisting with tasks within the warehouse and factory in NW London. These duties will include setting up beds and performing pre-delivery checks, off-loading stock and general warehouse duties as required. You will also need to assist on the delivery van when required to help install and deliver product to our customers.

You will be required to keep a clean and safe working area. When required, you may also be required to assist setting up beds or handling beds at other locations (such as our Harrods, Mayfair and Chelsea showrooms in London).

If you have worked for a furniture, sofa or bed company or worked within the removals industry before handling and wrapping furniture for delivery, then you may have the skills and experience required.

You must be polite and enjoy working in a busy environment where the priorities change quickly. Clear written and spoken English is required to understand the instructions from your supervisor, and to understand the information contained within customers' orders. You will be required to use the warehouse system, so some basic IT skills are required.

Salary:

13.85 per hour, depending on experience.

Monday to Friday, 7am until 4pm, 42.5 Hours Per week ( 30.691)
