We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently for loading and unloading goods. Utilise the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse. Perform picking and packing tasks accurately to prepare orders for shipping. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly. Engage in heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, promoting a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and enhance productivity.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving stocking, materials handling, or logistics. Familiarity with mechanical operations or construction processes will be an advantage. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 is beneficial. A strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently is required.
