Warehouse & Facilities Manager | Northampton | 30,000 - 40,000

We're working with a specialist engineering business with a reputation for quality, service, and innovation. They design and deliver equipment that keeps industry moving, and now need a hands-on, detail-driven Warehouse & Facilities Manager to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll take full ownership of the warehouse, transport, and facilities functions - ensuring everything from stock accuracy to customs compliance is managed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational targets
• Oversee all inbound and outbound goods, including quality checks, loading/unloading, and logistics coordination
• Maintain customs compliance for imports and exports
• Take ownership of site facilities and ensure compliance with H&S and lease obligations
• Coordinate and manage external contractors for site services and emergency callouts

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in warehouse/logistics & facilities management
• Confident team leader with strong communication and organisational skills
• Skilled in cost management, process improvement and performance monitoring
• Counterbalance forklift licence and full UK driving licence
