GXO are looking for two Warehouse First Line Manager's to join The Entertainer site in Banbury. Here you'll be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals: through focussing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working on an 'any 5 from 6' shift pattern, Monday to Saturday. The hours of work will be 07:00 - 15:30.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you'll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
• Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis
• Pro-actively support the site and customer's continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
• With good understanding of health & safety you'll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of working in a supervisory position, within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
• Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
