Any 5 from 7 (Sunday-Thursday). Evening hours (15:00-23:00)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence To track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level Deliver team member performance reviews (1-2-1's), development and/or succession planning as appropriate Support and contribute towards briefing activities such as performance management appraisals, comms zone briefs, PD boards, disciplinaries and grievances, informal / formal conversations Ensure shift is managed in line with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures Support with resource planning, conducting interview and inductions for new starters

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous warehouse management experience (First Line Manager/Shift Manager/Team Leader) is essential Previous experience of Inventory Management disciplines is desirable Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written Knowledge of MHE operations (holding valid MHE licenses would be desirable) Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills Good analytical and numerical skills IT literate - WMS and Microsoft packages
