To ensure that the correct product is scanned and brought from the warehouse to the production line following the works order.
To ensure all finished stock and stock to be returned is scanned from the production area.
Ensure the MHE is driven in a correct and safe manner with due care and attention and ensuring all safety guidelines are met.
To ensure that all MHE driven are checked and signed fit for use on the relevant form before they are operated, reporting any change in condition through the working day to the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure the correct amount of stock is being pulled to the production area so that it is delivered 'Just in Time'.
Ensure personal compliance with standard operating procedures.
Complete daily production records in a legible and timely manner.
Understand and use KPI's to further improve performance.
To be in control of obtaining the most current and up to date release information ensuring the correct stock is brought to the production line in the rotation order from the release.
Ensure Production Supervisor/Systems Admin is always aware of any production issues.
Liaise with Production Supervisors, Team Leader and other MHE Operatives reference production position always.
To ensure personal compliance with all company policies and procedures.
To be responsible for ensuring that all products are packed according to the Customer requirements, Company policy, and within current legislation always adhering to the QMS.
To ensure the highest quality standards are always achieved in all duties.
Carry out appropriate actions following QA checks in accordance with relevant procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience operating a counterbalance Forklift, with valid counterbalance License.
Good level of understanding and spoken English.
Ability to meet production targets.
Ability to take direction and following instruction.
