A Johnson Service Group PLC company. We are seeking a talented individual to join us as Loader to strengthen our Loading Team on the night shift.

Job Functions:

Picker and Packer and Loading

We are seeking Loaders to strengthen our team and assist with the distribution of our linen from our Cardiff laundry facility.

Duties will include:

Assisting with the loading and unloading of company vehicles;

Picking customer orders;

Storing and tidying up linen in the loading storage area;

Moving linen cages around the production facility;

Co-ordination with the production team and production or shift manager;

Ensuring that Health & Safety processes and procedures are strictly adhered to

The ideal candidate will have previous loading/picking experience in a fast paced, target driven environment and will be able to demonstrate the following: -

Excellent communication skills;

Calmness under pressure and the ability to prioritise your workload;

Good problem solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions.
