We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive
Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, lead a small team, and ensure smooth dispatch and stock handling. The role also involves handling key
administrative and client-facing responsibilities
, such as answering delivery emails, raising invoices, and liaising with customers and suppliers.
The Role
Reporting to the
Head of Operations
, you will act as the key person responsible for ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly, orders go out on time, and operational admin is kept in order.
This is a
hands-on role
for someone who's organised, tech-literate, and comfortable wearing multiple hats: supervising staff, managing stock, making deliveries when needed, and handling customer service queries related to logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Stock Operations
Supervise all warehouse activity: picking, packing, dispatch, deliveries, stock movement
Lead and train the warehouse assistant to follow procedures and maintain standards
Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes with high accuracy and organisation
Ensure stock is received, stored, and restocked correctly; report discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and H&S regulations
Occasionally drive company vans to deliver local orders (starting as 05:30 when needed)
Logistics & Admin Support
Respond to warehouse- and delivery-related customer emails and phone queries
Raise invoices, create dispatch notes, and process courier bookings
Liaise with clients, couriers, and suppliers to resolve delivery issues or order queries
Support performance tracking and operational reporting for the Head of Operations

About You
You are a reliable, organised team player with a "can-do" attitude. You're experienced in warehouse or logistics environments and confident using digital tools to manage inventory and communications. You enjoy variety, solving day-to-day problems, and helping a small, dedicated team succeed.
Essential
Experience supervising in a warehouse, logistics or fulfilment role
Confident using email, invoicing tools, and basic spreadsheet systems
Comfortable with multitasking: admin, stock handling, deliveries
Strong communication and people skills
Clean driving licence and own transport
Ability to lift up to 25kg
Desirable
Forklift certification or van delivery experience
Familiarity with food warehousing or temperature-controlled goods
Interest in Spanish/Mediterranean food culture and supply chain

position, taking on further responsibilities.
