Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Seasoned Events 236 London Rd, Romford RM7 9EL

38,000 pro rata

28 days including bank holidays

Hours: 7 am - 4:30 pm (Flexibility with working hours is required, as schedules may change based on business requirements)

Days: working 5 out of 7

Be advised, this role is physically active and includes responsibilities such as picking and packing jobs, and loading/unloading vehicles.

A full UK driving licence is required. A 7.5-tonne licence is desirable but not essential.

What You'll Do:

Lead warehouse & vehicle management, staffing, and logistics for high-profile events Collaborate with the operations team to deliver exceptional venue and catering experiences Manage catering equipment, stock, and supplier relationships Drive continuous improvement, safety, and sustainability initiatives Ensure compliance with health & safety laws and company standards

Who You Are:

Experienced in logistics, warehouse management, or event operations A proactive leader with excellent communication skills Passionate about sustainability and social responsibility Skilled at managing teams, stock, and vendor relationships Committed to safety, quality, and delivering top-notch customer service
