We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Ward Park site.

You will be responsible for the warehouse function, leading to create a stable and high performing team and driving continuous improvement and efficiency.

Role details:

Salary: Circa 60,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Any 5 out of 7 days
Location: Wardpark, Cumbernauld, G68 0EF

What you'll do:

The role is responsible for leading a group of Site Operations Managers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective fulfillment of customer requirements You will set clear objectives so that your team understand the key priorities and can monitor performance effectively

Versatile, with a well-rounded operational background Motivational, forward thinking and adaptable style of management - consistently investing in your team to ensure that they are given every opportunity to succeed and develop Ability to identify and evaluate potential risks and, where possible, develop solutions to mitigate these Excellent understanding of reporting and recording performance statistics Strong working knowledge of different systems and how to fully utilise them Excellent relationship building skills An understanding of Trade unions and how best to resolve an issues which may arise
