The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and timely dispatch of products. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on, organisational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement to maintain world-class warehouse standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Oversee / hands-on with day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Maintain optimal stock levels through accurate inventory control systems.
Implement and maintain warehouse layout and space management strategies.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
3. Process & System Efficiency
Implement best practices for warehouse operations to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
Work with CRM systems to track inventory and improve data accuracy.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries if required.
Provide regular reports to management on warehouse performance, KPIs, and improvement plans.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
5+ years' experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Proficiency in operating forklifts and understanding safety protocols within a warehouse environment
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector preferred.
Certification in warehouse management, inventory control, or safety management will be an advantage.
