This is a permanent role, however applications seeking a seasonal role for the Christmas period will be considered.

Role Overview:

As a Weekend Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse during weekend shifts. You'll manage a small team, ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, and maintain a well-organised warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the warehouse team during weekend operations. Ensure all orders are processed, picked, and packed accurately and efficiently. Manage stock levels and assist with stock organisation and replenishment. Oversee health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Handle any issues or challenges that arise, providing practical solutions. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space.

About You:

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment, ideally in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive and hands-on approach to managing tasks and people. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
