Job Overview

Join King of Cotton warehouse team. Receive, pick, pack and store products according to company standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks. Manage loading and unloading of shipments. Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organised, and adheres to health and safety regulations. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required. Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Duties

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfilment. Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment. Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles. Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, as well as forklift operations. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
The working hours will be from 8:45 am till 4:45 pm Monday-Friday.

Driving Required : Yes and driving licence is a must have.

A forklift license would be an added advantage for the applicants but not mandatory. Applicant needs to be reasonably fit for the job role will involve some amount of lifting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
