for Coca-Cola HBC on the Island of Ireland (IOI), you will be responsible for managing all warehousing activities, including both Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Material inventory, across our Irish and Northern Irish operations. You will lead the effective performance and development of our third-party logistics provider (warehouse 3PL), ensuring that service levels, operational KPIs, and cost targets are consistently met or exceeded.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
3PL & Warehouse Operations Leadership
Lead and develop warehouse 3PL partners to ensure high standards of execution across all warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory control).
Ensure all 3PL contractual KPIs and service levels are achieved, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Build effective and proactive relationships with 3PL partners to jointly identify and deliver process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Inventory & Cost Management
Oversee all aspects of inventory management for Finished Goods and Raw Materials across IOI.
Ensure timely and accurate inventory reporting, stock reconciliations, and root cause analysis of variances.
Identify and eliminate business losses and inefficiencies within warehouse operations.
Manage warehousing OPEX lines within budget, leveraging available tools, systems, technology and processes to optimise spend.
Team Development & Leadership
Lead and support the internal CCHBC warehouse team, promoting a culture of high performance through coaching, development planning, and regular performance feedback.
Foster strong collaboration between internal and external teams to deliver a unified supply chain operation.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure warehouse operations (both in-house and via 3PL) adhere strictly to Coca-Cola HBC's QSE standards, health & safety regulations, and Corporate Audit (CAD) requirements.
Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure regular audits, investigations, and risk assessments are carried out and acted upon.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Actively contribute to the IOI Supply Chain strategy and Business Plan (BP), aligning warehouse goals to broader company objectives.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the wider CCH Group Logistics team and key IOI supply chain stakeholders (Planning, Production, Quality, Customer Service).
Identify and champion best-in-class warehousing practices across the function, supporting innovation and operational agility.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in warehouse operations and/or third-party logistics management, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong leadership experience, including people management and development of both direct and indirect teams (e.g. 3PL).
Excellent understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse cost management.
Skilled in using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data-driven performance management.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and quality compliance within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal and external teams.
A continuous improvement mindset with experience delivering process and cost efficiencies.

Essential Criteria
Third Level qualification, ideally business or logistics related
At least 5 years warehouse management experience in an automated environment and embedding best practices
Ability to motivate, engage and lead at appropriate levels of the organisation
High degree of Financial acumen and Organisational Skills
Desirable Criteria
CILT certification
Proven track record Logistics Continuous Improvement
Experience managing third party logistics operators
Deep knowledge of SAP system and proficient in all Microsoft Programs
Experience of working with all functions internally and externally to ensure that we all deliver the desired results
