to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader with strong management experience to take ownership of warehouse operations and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service to our business units and customers.
As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the daily running of the warehouse and lead a skilled team to deliver efficient, compliant, and cost-effective support to the wider business. You'll manage resources, coordinate logistics, and maintain operational standards in line with company policies and statutory requirements (HSE and GDPR).
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, from managing the vehicle fleet in collaboration with the fleet manager, to staying closely connected with stakeholders and customers to meet their requirements, and overseeing staffing, order processing, and customer issue resolution. Your ability to balance hands-on leadership with strategic oversight will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive working environment.

Conduct annual stock counts and maintain accurate records through ERP systems.
Report performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs to the Head of Warehouse and senior management.
While this may not be your primary task, we are a small team that sometimes requires an "all hands-on deck" approach to meet short deadlines.
About You:
You are an experienced manager with a proven track record of leading warehouse or logistics teams in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on organisation, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a hands-on approach and strong interpersonal skills.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
Demonstrated leadership experience managing warehouse teams.
Strong knowledge of HSE, GDPR, and warehouse compliance standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse data management.
Expertise in fleet management, stock control, and supply chain coordination.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
