at our Norwich Sweet Briar branch, working Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm.

As a Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse and distribution activities.

This will be a hands on role, managing a small team of warehouse operatives and drivers.



Your key responsibilities will include:



Leading the Team:

Inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Driving Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Customer-Centric Solutions:

Build strong relationships with internal customers and third parties to deliver outstanding service.

Safety First:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clutter-free environment.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What we're looking for...



Proven warehouse management / supervisory experience gained in a fast-paced environment Ability to supervise and motivate warehouse staff effectively Understanding of workplace safety standards, including forklift operations, and emergency procedures Capability to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions Ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and clutter-free environment Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments
