We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced warehouse environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Implement and maintain effective processes for continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular audits of processes to identify areas for improvement.

Liaise with the Operations Manager to support strategic goals and continuous improvement

Skills

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Proficiency in IT systems and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF.

Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and continuous enhancement of operational efficiency.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory levels and records.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Management or Leadership role

Pay: 42,000.00-44,000.00 per year
