ProPharma-UK Ltd is a licensed pharmaceutical wholesaler (WDA(H)) supplying medicines, medical devices, OTC/GSL products and dermo-cosmetics to pharmacies, wholesalers, clinics and private healthcare providers across the UK. We operate to full MHRA GDP standards and are expanding our operational team as trading volumes continue to grow.

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and GDP-aware

Warehouse Manager / Delivery Driver

to oversee daily warehouse operations and deliver orders to customers using our company van.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Management

Oversee all daily warehouse operations in line with MHRA GDP (2013/C 343/01). Manage

Goods In

: booking in stock, verifying supplier documentation, batch numbers, expiry dates, and temperature-sensitive products. Manage

Goods Out

: picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with full audit trails. Maintain accurate stock control, investigate discrepancies, conduct regular cycle counts. Ensure storage areas (ambient, cold chain if applicable) meet GDP and temperature-monitoring standards. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with SOPs. Assist with serialisation/decommissioning tasks where required. Coordinate with the Responsible Person (RP) and management on non-conformances, returns, quarantines and CAPA actions. Manage general warehouse paperwork and ensure ALCOA+ data integrity.

Delivery Driving

Safely deliver/collect pharmaceutical orders to pharmacies, clinics and wholesalers using the company van. Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and report defects. Ensure products are transported under correct conditions (temperature, security, documentation). Represent ProPharma-UK professionally when interacting with customers. Load/unload stock safely and maintain delivery logs, PODs and route records. Support collections from suppliers when required.

RequirementsEssential

Previous warehouse experience (pharmaceutical or regulated industry desirable). Full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points). Strong organisation and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move boxes safely. Basic IT skills (Excel / warehouse software). Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. Willingness to follow strict GDP procedures and documentation standards.

Desirable

Experience working in a pharmaceutical wholesaler or pharmacy. Understanding of MHRA GDP requirements. Experience with cold chain transport or temperature-controlled goods. Forklift licence (not required, but advantageous).
