Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Office Administrator to join our expanding client based in Smethwick.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse facility.

Duties include:
-Dealing with customers via phone and email with incoming and outgoing queries
-Responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to warehouse
-Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
-Helping with commercial invoices and billing
-Goods in documentation
-Booking in stock and running reports
-Communicate with suppliers and customer to address inquiries and resolve issues
-Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment

The ideal candidate:
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience working with Mintsoft programme is beneficial
-Experience working with Sage is preferable
-Knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel is essential
-Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator
-Able to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of Work:
9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:
\xc2\xa311 per hour

This position offers an immediate start on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent after a successful trial period.
