Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Admin Assistant to support our logistics team. This role combines hands-on support with pick-and-pack tasks and administrative coordination, with a strong focus on using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency.
Saturday availability is required
as part of the weekly schedule.Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack orders
accurately based on shipment schedules and customer requirementsPrepare parcels for dispatch
, including labeling, packing, and stagingMaintain inventory records
and update stock levels using WMS softwareOperate WMS systems
to process inbound/outbound shipments, manage stock movements, and ensure real-time data accuracySupport administrative tasks
, such as data entry, filing, and updating shipment logsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners
to ensure timely communication and delivery updatesRequirements
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is
essential
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, data entry systems) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is helpful butnot essential
