Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in the East Midlands Gateway!

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence.

Lead and motivate a high-performing warehouse team through clear direction and support Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operations Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet daily operational targets Monitor KPIs and take proactive action to maintain performance and service levels Foster strong relationships with customers through reliable and responsive service Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records for full traceability Collaborate with internal teams to align operations and improve workflow

What we would like you to bring

Proven experience in 3pl operations Strong leadership and team development skills Financial awareness and budget control experience Familiarity with WMS and operational systems (SAP preferred) Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
