As our Operations Manager, you'll oversee our inbound returns movement, ensuring seamless flow across departments and delivery excellence for our high-profile retail clients. This is a permanent position based at our warehouse in Sheffield, Chapeltown where you will be working across our

2pm-10pm

As our operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently meeting the expectations of our high-profile customers and keeping performance on track.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll receive strategic support while leading a team of Team Managers across warehouse and distribution functions. You'll be responsible for driving performance, developing talent, and maintaining high operational standards across all logistics processes.

What will you be doing as our Operations Manager:



Championing a safe working environment, ensuring all activities align with Health & Safety policies and are treated as a top priority Taking daily ownership of direct operational costs, contributing to the overall P&L performance Leading and managing the Operations team in your department, providing clear direction, support, and development. Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing Standard Operating Procedures to drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across all operational activities Overseeing and resolving warehouse-related queries within the Operations area

A proven ability to create a dynamic, high-performing team environment Strong coaching and development skills, with a passion for helping others grow Effective people management, leadership, and influencing skills A proactive mindset that embraces change and drives improvement A good knowledge of Health and Safety in a warehouse and distribution environment Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and how to apply them in practice Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
