Job Description

1.Monitoring Shipments:

Monitor the movement of shipments in real-time using tracking systems and software.

Identify and address any issues or delays in transit, such as pickup delay, missing scan, or delivery exceptions.

Proactively communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.

2.Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze data on shipment status, transit times, and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Work closely with management to optimize logistics processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

3.Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with internal departments, including transportation, warehousing, and customs department, to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.

Communicate effectively with external partners, such freight forwarders, and customers to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

Provide timely updates and status reports to customers and stakeholders on shipment progress and any relevant developments.

4.Problem Resolution:

Act as a point of contact for resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries related to shipment status and logistics operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Escalate critical issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution."
