Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Job Description
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, to work alongside our Operations Manager in our busy warehouse facility. We are looking for someone who must have a proven track record of managing a team.
General duties will include staff briefings, running a trade counter, stock checks and working to strict deadlines throughout the day whilst maintaining a smooth operation based on high Customer demands.
Other duties include;
Manage warehouse activities, including the yard and the loading of lorries.
Master key holder for locking up.
Manage day to day activities of the supervisor's and team leaders.
Quality control.
Cut counts and stock takes.
Maintenance service checks on cutting machines.
Monitor performance and troubleshooting across the site.
Ensure processes and quality standards are met.
Liasing with sales team to meet supplier demand.
Support operations management team.
