We have great opportunity for a proactive and reliable

Warehouse Operative

to join our team in Abingdon!

In this hands-on role, you'll be at the very heart of our day-to-day operations, making sure everything in the warehouse runs efficiently. From receiving and checking deliveries to preparing customer orders for dispatch, you'll play a key part in keeping our supply chain moving.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for incoming shipments - handling, inspecting, and receipting deliveries to ensure they meet our quality standards. Picking customer orders with precision and care. Safely packaging customer orders for national and international shipment, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed. Update and maintain internal systems and records accurately to tack all incoming inventory. Conducting regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Skills and Experience:



Essential



Good written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently, seeking advice when required. Excellent attention to detail. Display a positive, flexible and can-do approach to any given task. A team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. IT literate with the ability to use systems for electronic data entry and record keeping. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable



Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
