Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient

Warehouse Operative and Driver

responsible for daily picking and packing of goods as well as delivering orders to end users in the local area. They will be involved with the day-to-day management of stock, such as performing cycle counts and will assist with the preparation, packing and shipment of goods from the warehouse facility.

Key accountabilities of the role:

Engage in picking and packing orders accurately to meet customer demands. Operate forklifts safely to move materials around the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including deliveries within the local area Assisting with preparing shipments and loading/unloading of delivery vehicles Support with maintaining inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems and conducting regular cycle counts Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment Keeping accurate records and paperwork

Key competencies and qualifications

Current and clean driving licence Previous experience in a warehouse environment Proficiency in forklift operation is an advantage Strong communication skilks Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues across departments Flexibility and adaptability to change
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
