Warehouse Operative Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties:

? Provide high-quality, professional service to our customers
? Provide support to the warehouse and fitting team
? Develop skills and undertake relevant development/training
? Show passion and interest in our products and the industry
? Represent and promote our brand
? Feedback ideas on how to improve our efficiency, services or product range.
? Undertake regular stock checks
? Keep the building clean
? To be responsible for the health and safety of self and others

Work Experience Preferred

but not essential
? Knowledge of the wheel and tyre industry is preferred
? Customer Service experience is preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

? Full UK driving licence required
? Resourceful problem solver
? Drive and ambition to be successful in your career
? Desire and determination to work towards and achieve goals
? Able to work as part of a team and also independently

Location and working hours;

Permanent full-time role. Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)

Your customer has arrived for their wheel and tyre fitting, but the stock has not arrived yet. What do you do? Your customer's order is sent out with wrong/missing bolts. How do you prevent this from happening again? What could you implement to improve quality control of customers orders?
