SmithBrewer Ltd is a retail interior design and manufacturing company providing shop fixtures and displays to some of the UK's largest retailers. The company is going through a period of exciting growth and is expanding its operations in all areas. We are looking to recruit additional full time Warehouse Operative to strengthen our warehouse and logistics teams.
The primary role of this position is to provide support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, shipping and receiving warehouse products, as well as picking and packing of workloads ready for dispatch.
Key responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing daily orders from manual pick sheets for placement within loading bays for onward despatch
Keeping a careful record of the stock picks and notifying warehouse admin staff of any differences.
Ensure that products are stored safely and labelled correctly.
Organising transfers and loading goods on to delivery vehicles.
Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse.

Attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy role
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or warehouse experience but training can be given to the right candidates
The ideal candidate will have a valid external Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence or both
Schedule
7.5 hour day shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Ability to commute / relocate
Lower Weare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
