Responsibilities:



At Unify, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be a crucial part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders and maintaining the highest standards in warehouse management.

Pick and pack orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare goods for dispatch, including proper packaging and labelling. Participate in regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels. Support the implementation of warehouse logistics, including organising and locating products for streamlined operations. Contribute to maximising warehouse efficiency by actively engaging in the development and implementation of processes. Work collaboratively with other departments and communicate clearly to ensure seamless operations. Follow standard operating procedures for each customer, ensuring compliance with their specific requirements. Work closely with colleagues to achieve operational goals and targets. Collaborate with your team and the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Follow and promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field. Previous experience in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with warehouse logistics, inventory management, and order processing. Basic IT skills and familiarity with relevant software and systems. Excellent organisational and planning skills to optimise warehouse processes.
