We are seeking a reliable, motivated and hard-working

Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver

to join our growing team. This is a dual-role position, with the majority of time spent in warehouse operations alongside regular delivery driving duties.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate order picking, safe handling of goods, and timely delivery to customers while maintaining high standards of organisation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Load and unload delivery vehicles. Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.) -- training can be provided. Check and put away supplier deliveries, reporting shortages or damages. Assist with regular stock taking and ensure stock is stored correctly at all times. Support smooth dispatch and coordination of van deliveries.

Delivery Driving

Carry out safe, timely deliveries to customers across Northern Ireland. Follow planned delivery routes and schedules. Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries. Ensure a clean driving record and compliance with road safety standards.

General Housekeeping

Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment. Dispose of waste materials in line with company procedures. Restock materials and contribute to inventory management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous delivery driving experience preferred. Warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential if willing to learn. Valid UK driving licence with a

clean driving record

. Good physical fitness -- ability to lift and carry heavy items. Strong timekeeping and reliability.

Skills

Excellent attention to detail and high organisational standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Flexibility to handle varying tasks and changing priorities.
