Are you an experienced warehouse operative looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and help drive our operation forward?

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing site in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

? Operate forklift truck to efficiently manage inventory

? Perform local deliveries and collections using company van

? Utilise computerised systems for order picking and packing

? Ensure accurate stock picking and packing

? Label and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner

? Manually load courier vehicles

? Update transport carrier portals

? Conduct daily stock replenishment

? Participate in regular stock takes

? Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment

Qualifications & Experience:

? Previous warehouse dispatch experience

? Data entry experience

? Valid Forklift Licence

? Clean UK driving licence

? Experience in a manufacturing environment

? Physically fit to meet job demands (bending, stretching, lifting)

? Strong team player with excellent communication skills

? Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

? Self-motivated with a positive attitude

? Basic literacy and numeracy skills

? Flexible and adaptable to various tasks

? Reliable and dependable. Good punctuality and attendance is imperitive

? Strong organisational and time management skills

? Keen attention to detail

? IT literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
