At People for Animal Care Trust (PACT), our warehouse is the engine room of our retail success. Every donated item that is sorted, stored, and distributed helps raise vital funds to give animals a "Second Chance" at life.

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our hardworking logistics team. This is a practical, hands-on role -- you'll be receiving and preparing stock for our charity shops, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly, and covering our PACT van when needed for collections and deliveries.

What You'll Do

? Receive, sort, and prepare donated goods for distribution to PACT shops.

? Inspect donations for quality and suitability, handling recycling and waste responsibly.

? Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and compliant with health & safety standards.

? Assist with loading, unloading, and stock movement.

? Cover PACT van driving when required -- providing safe collections, deliveries, and donor service.

? Support volunteers and work as part of a close-knit warehouse team.

What You'll Bring

? Experience in warehouse, logistics, or stock-handling.

? Physically fit and confident with manual handling.

? A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive the van when needed.

? Good organisation and time management skills.

? A strong team ethic and positive, adaptable approach.

? Commitment to PACT's mission of animal welfare.
