Warehouse Operative

As Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for picking and packing a variety of goods and the flow of goods in and goods out. Working 40 hours per-week in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

Goods in - Receiving and checking in goods against supplier's paperwork Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy Ensuring all goods are put away in correct location to enable picking and packing Reporting any problems/defective goods to supervisor Maintaining a clean and safe workplace Loading and unloading of goods in, goods out and containers on a daily basis Organising and ensuring accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes to maintain 100% stock accuracy in all store locations Rotation of stock (where applicable) Any other duties required

The Person:

Previous experience in a similar role Good work ethic, a reliable individual who can demonstrate good attendance and timekeeping Strong attention to detail Previous experience within the Engineering sector would be advantageous Excellent communication skills with ability to follow instructions
