. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders, assisting with stock control, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all products are prepared for timely dispatch.
Assist with unloading, checking, and storing incoming deliveries.
Replenish picking bays and storage areas to maintain stock availability.
Carry out regular stock checks and support with full stock takes as required.
Report any stock discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Ensure all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet trucks or forklifts, if trained and certified).
Monitor packaging materials and consumables, notifying the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
Follow daily instructions and priorities from the Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Manager.
Support general warehouse duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Accuracy of order picking and packing.
Timeliness of order completion and dispatch.
Adherence to health and safety standards (zero incidents).
Stock accuracy and reporting reliability.
Maintenance of high housekeeping standards.
Consistent timekeeping, attendance, and teamwork.
Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential - full training provided.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with stock systems desirable.
Forklift licence advantageous but not required.
