Your role is Warehouse operative and forklift driver.

Your will cover for drivers when required.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out multi-drop deliveries to our regular B2B customers across the region. Represent the business with a smart, professional appearance and customer-first attitude. Load and unload stock from the van, ensuring safe and timely delivery. Assist in the warehouse when not driving (e.g. picking and packing orders). Perform vehicle checks and keep the delivery van clean and roadworthy. Liaise with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery operations. Comply with road safety regulations and legal driving standards at all times.

Person Specification

Essential

Valid forklift license Minimum of 3 years' experience in multi-drop delivery driving (van-based). Full UK driving licence with a clean record. Smart appearance with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to lift and handle heavy goods safely and efficiently. Comfortable using basic digital tools for delivery confirmation (e.g. handheld devices or smartphones). Able to work flexibly across assigned working days. Willingness to undergo a DBS check due to deliveries to sensitive sites such as care homes and schools.
Desirable.

Good local knowledge of routes in the West Midlands and surrounding areas. Previous experience in warehousing or logistics.

37.5 hours per week
