Warehouse Operative

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

Location: 127 Craighall Road, Glasgow, G4 9TP and site moving to Parkhead in June 2025

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles - using a forklift where needed Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts Pick items to fulfil customer orders Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area Getting to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone) Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work street chains, online stores and holiday agents

Previous warehouse experience is essential Background with construction products desirable A flexible approach to work A great team player; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed A confident communicator, both over the phone and face to face Previous forklift experience is essential
