At Fitshop UK, we have an excellent opportunity available for a full-time Warehouse Operative. In this role you will support our Warehouse function in many aspects of Warehouse operations including; picking and packing, handling goods and health and safety.


You will play a key role in ensuring Warehouse operations are run as efficiently as can be and that orders are fulfilled in a safe and timely manner. You will be an ambassador for Fitshop, playing a key role in the successful fulfilment of our customers orders as part of a close knit and friendly team. This is a fast-paced environment and can be physically demanding.

Key Responsibilities


Safely picking and packing fitness equipment (heavy items will require use of a forklift)
Handling the full range of products sold by the Company, scanning goods in and out
Maintaining stock accuracy and cleanliness of products and ensuring perfect condition at all times
Comply with all Health & Safety requirements to ensure the safety of all of the Warehouse team
Putting forward ideas on how to increase Warehouse efficiencies
Continuous personal improvement; constantly striving to grow and develop self and team


Who you will work with:


In addition to the support from a great team at the Warehouse, you will work closely with our Technical Support team and our Customer Care team at Head Office.


You will need:


To maintain a calm, confident and enthusiastic manner even during peak, busy periods
A can do attitude and desire to succeed


To be comfortable using (or being trained to use) forklift / buggies (Reach or Counterbalance)
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team
