We're on the hunt for

Warehouse Operatives

to join our fast-paced Haverhill team. You'll be the first line of defence in our mission to make sure cats get the food they actually deserve -- not the filler-packed junk everyone else sells.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll keep our warehouse running like a well-fed cat: smooth, sleek, and unstoppable.

Receiving Goods

Unload deliveries of raw meat and materials -- safely and efficiently Check delivery notes, log stock in our systems (WMS), and report anything off Inspect goods to make sure they meet our quality standards

Storage & Inventory

Store everything in the right place -- FIFO always Keep inventory records tight and tidy Help with regular stock counts and report variances Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised

Order Fulfilment

Pick and pack fresh meals for dispatch with zero mistakes Double-check all items against orders -- accuracy is everything Label, palletise, and load products ready for delivery

Health & Safety

Follow all safety protocols like a pro Operate forklifts and pallet trucks with care and confidence Report any hazards, damages, or "uh-ohs" immediately

Quality Control

Handle all products with care and attention to freshness Spot and report damaged or dodgy stock Follow disposal protocols for rejected materials

Teamwork & Growth

Work closely with Production and Quality teams to keep operations flowing Speak up with ideas for making things better, faster, stronger Jump into training to sharpen your skills and grow your impact

Who You Are

You've worked in a warehouse before -- bonus points for food manufacturing Not afraid of a bit of heavy lifting or fast-paced days You know your way around a forklift or pallet truck (or willing to learn) You've got an eye for detail and a brain that loves being organised Solid communication skills -- you're a team player, not a lone ranger Comfortable using inventory systems (if not, you'll learn fast) And yes... you love cats (because, obviously)
