Job Summary



For this role we are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative who can process orders , picking stock items and packing ready for dispatch. In addition, you will also be required to book stock in such as cables, printers, screens etc using the correct stock locations. You will be required to assist with kit making and taking in deliveries. Training will be given on company specific processes; the role will require you to be able to use Microsoft Office package and be fully IT literate.

Responsibilities



Correct Picking & Packing of orders. Making sure orders are ready to be dispatched in a timely manner. Communication with other staff members and those who are part of the project team. Understand the need for punctuality and commitment to completing the required tasks. Monitoring dispatch inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to all health and safety requirements in the workplace. Deal with issues as the arise and understand when to escalate. Ensure quality standards are being maintained. Be committed to providing the highest level of standards

Essential Skills, Experience, Qualifications & Experience



Physically fit as the role will include heavy lifting and movement of stock.

This role will require some working at heights to count and move stock

Previous experience of working in a similar role

Ability to work within a team.

Ability to prioritise workload.

Ability to work independently and use own initiative.

Display Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Calm under pressure and ability to reprioritise at short notice.

Be confident around technology and good experience of Microsoft packages.

Attention to detail is key.

Desirable Skills



Previous experience of working with Sage 200
Hours are 37.50 per week Monday - Friday

Between 9am - 5.30pm depending on the needs of the business
