Dron & Dickson group are specialists in integrated supply, installation and maintenance of harsh & hazardous electrical equipment and cable supply. Based at six UK locations, we provide Wholesale, distribution, specialist E&I inspection, maintenance and project services to all parts of the Offshore & Onshore Energy sector, Pharmaceutical, Marine and many other industries. Managed from our UK locations, our services operate within the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.

The primary objective of this role is to find new business opportunities, whilst nurturing and developing existing business. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets in line with the company's strategic growth plans.

Core Alignment Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities:

Receiving and Processing Stock: Input/ updating computerised records, unloading deliveries, checking goods for damage, and ensuring they are stored correctly. Order Picking and Packing: Selecting items via RF gun from storage, based on system generated orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Inventory Control: Keeping accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks via RF gun, and reporting discrepancies. Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations. Operating Equipment: Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to move / store goods. Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and ensuring that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards. Communication: Maintain good communications with clients via email / phone Ad-hoc duties as requested by Management May be required to carry out deliveries utilising company vehicles (Full and valid driver's license is required, group insurance restrictions allowing)

HSEQ Responsibilities:

Comply with all Dron & Dickson's integrated managements system including all policies and Procedures Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting. Act ethically and with integrity Ensure all health and safety training is undertaken. Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
