Job Overview

We are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy e-commerce fulfilment team. You'll be working in our modern 50,000 sqft warehouse facility, handling a variety of tasks including picking customer orders, processing stock, and packaging products for dispatch.

Employment Type

: Permanent

Full-time Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with overtime opportunities)

Order Picking & Processing

Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners Process orders for both business and consumer customers Handle a variety of products including apparel and entertainment merchandise Ensure all items are picked correctly and in good condition

Goods Handling

Receive and check incoming stock deliveries Unpack, sort, and allocate stock to appropriate storage areas Process customer returns and exchanges Move stock between different areas of the warehouse as needed

Packaging & Dispatch

Package orders safely and securely for shipping Apply correct shipping labels and documentation Prepare orders for collection by courier services Maintain packaging standards and presentation

General Warehouse Duties

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow health and safety procedures at all times Assist with stock counts and inventory checks Support team members across different warehouse functions as required

Essential Requirements:

Experience

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not essential for the right
candidate)

Experience in fast-paced environments Comfortable working to daily targets and deadlines

Skills & Abilities

Good attention to detail and accuracy Able to work efficiently and maintain quality standards Basic computer skills for using handheld scanners Good communication skills for working as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable lifting and carrying items up to 20kg Good mobility for moving around large warehouse facility Able to work at height (mezzanine levels) when required

Personal Qualities

Reliable and punctual with good attendance Flexible and willing to learn new tasks Team player with positive attitude Takes pride in accuracy and quality of work

Desirable (But Not Essential)

Experience with barcode scanning systems Knowledge of different product types (clothing, media, etc.) Forklift license or willingness to obtain one Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment
