You will be working on a
4 on, 4 off shift
between the hours of 07:00 - 19:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
You will be an active member of the sites training team delivering a range of training interventions.
Delivering Mandatory Health and safety training (manual handling) and systems training (manhatten)
You will be expected to conduct practical work-based assessments for colleagues
You will demonstrate the knowledge and practical application of skills to complete and assess suitability for end of probation sign off
Supporting in other areas of warehouse as and when needed
Adhering to all GXO health and Safety procedures
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience of undertaking practical skills, teaching and buddying others
Good communication, both verbal and written
Ability to build good team relationships
Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
Good experience of warehouse systems
