Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run business based in the heart of Leicester.

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting both production and distribution, and contributing to the ongoing success of a supportive, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products accurately to meet customer order specifications
• Load and unload stock deliveries safely and efficiently
• Replenish stock and keep inventory records accurate and up to date
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and committed with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with manual and physically active work
• Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential

Please note that no minimum experience or formal qualifications are required for this role and training will be provided on site.
