Job Description
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, the role involves working with warehouse colleagues to ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of stock, while providing excellent customer service.Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, check, and correctly locate incoming stock. Pick and palletise customer orders according to company processes. Dispatch orders in line with company and customer standards. Assist with regular and spot stock takes. Operate forklift trucks as required. Conduct daily safety checks and adhere to warehouse guidelines. Provide professional, courteous service to customers. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. Ensure safety and quality systems are followed and raise concerns when necessary. Dispose of packaging waste responsibly, recycling when possible. Support and train less experienced colleagues. Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth business operations.Monitored Duties
