Warehouse Operatives, we want to pay you over 30k per annum.

Starting as a Reach/Counter Balance Driver (Silver Rate) you will earn 13.50 per hour.

With a positive attitude, attendance, and ability to learn, we will continuously invest in your training and development to see you rise to Gold and Diamond status colleague.

In addition, we offer all Warehouse Operatives the opportunity to earn an attendance and attitude bonus which is worth 1,040.00 per annum - paid quarterly.

The role is based within our Warehouse Business Unit, where we cut carpets, flooring, and artificial grass, to fulfil our customer's requirements, and it is the heart of our business operations.

We are currently looking for

Warehouse Loading Operative

on our

fixed shift pattern 14.00pm to 22.30pm at Unit 7 Houndhill Park, Bolton Road, Wath, S63 7LG.

Job Summary

The key role of the job is to pick and manoeuvre flooring between cutting tables and despatch bays and process stock in accordance with safe operating procedures.

Starting rate:

Silver rate 13.50 per hour, Gold rate 14.00 per hour, Diamond rate 14.50 per hour

Plus OTE 1,040.00 per annum attendance and attitude bonus - Paid 260.00 per quarter

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, plus overtime

Shift pattern : 14.00pm to 22.30pm

Overtime: Payable at x1.25 after 40 hours Monday to Friday - Payable at x1.5 weekends

Key responsibilities/requirements

Manual handling of stock.

Despatching product prior to delivery

Loading vehicles for transport

Health & Safety conscious

Physically fit

Good communication skills

Work well within a team

Excellent timekeeping

A determination to 'get the job done'

Experience of working to targets

Competencies/Essential Key Skills

A minimum of one year experience working within a busy warehouse environment.

Reach Truck or Counterbalance Licence.

Driving Licence

Class 2 HGV Licence would be advantageous but not essential
