Warehouse Operatives

to join our team and support day-to-day warehouse activities.

Role Overview:

The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for handling, organizing, and moving goods within the warehouse. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check, and store incoming goods and materials. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately. Load and unload vehicles using manual handling or equipment (if trained). Maintain stock levels, update records, and report discrepancies. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times. Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet truck) where required. Follow company health & safety standards and procedures. Support team leaders and supervisors with day-to-day warehouse operations.

Skills & Competencies:

Good physical fitness and stamina. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt to different warehouse tasks.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential). Forklift or pallet truck license (advantage, but training can be provided). Basic IT skills for stock recording and reporting. Minimum high school/secondary education.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-32,000.00 per year
