Warehouse Operative

to join our team on a

fixed-term basis

. This role is essential in ensuring that our stock is well organised, orders are processed efficiently, and customers receive their products on time.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch. Ensure all orders are packed to company standards and checked for accuracy. Use handheld scanners and internal systems to process orders.

Stock Management

Unload deliveries and check goods against purchase orders. Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies immediately. Assist with stock rotation, ensuring older stock is used first. Take part in regular stock counts

Warehouse Operations

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised at all times. Work to daily and weekly productivity targets. Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet trucks, ladders). Report any damaged stock, health & safety concerns, or system errors.

Team Support

Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues to achieve targets. Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding progress or issues.

Person Specification

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role. Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy. Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties. Reliable, punctual, and team focused.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience working with order management systems or handheld scanners. Knowledge of the vaping industry or interest in vaping products.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday, 9:30am - 3:30pm

Contract Type:

Fixed-Term

Pay: 12.21 an hour

+ Up to

150 monthly bonus

if all warehouse targets are met
