JOB PURPOSE

To support the production of ceramic sample boards and assist with general warehouse operations, including order picking and site maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as part of a team to create ceramic sample boards to company standards Cut ceramic tile samples (full training provided; PPE supplied) Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse and production areas Support day-to-day operational needs as required Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant work place.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB

No prior experience required - full training provided Good attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a team in a hands-on environment Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Heavy lifting / Manual handling
